FStructured Programs for Better Health

APHN was developed to easily integrate into virtually any established fitness environment, including commercial gyms & health clubs, municipal fitness centers, YMCAs, and Parks & Rec District fitness facilities. While the essential APHN operating model will remain consistent across all settings, flexibility is built into the model to ensure each implementation can seamlessly and efficiently coexist with the host facility’s existing structure, staff, physical plant and operational logistics.

The three foundational programs around which APHN was created specifically address Hypertension, Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity.

Obesity

Non-invasive metrics are a mandatory component of all programs, and are measured at program start; a minimum of once per week throughout the program; and again at program completion. All measurements will be taken or monitored by the Program Trainer, and all measurements will be entered into the APHN Management System. Access to data is carefully controlled and secured, however all participants may view their own personal metrics at any time after program commencement.

The full scope of assessed data includes: Resting Heart Rate, Resting Blood Pressure, Resting Blood Ox, Body Fat, Weight, Exercise Blood Ox, Exercise Blood Pressure, Post Exercise Blood Pressure, and Hemoglobin A1C. Not all metrics are recorded for all programs, however all measurements designated for a specific program will be recorded throughout the full length of the program.

The APHN model is standardized for operational and data collection consistency but is adaptable to ensure optimal adoption and maximum utilization in each facility.
